Abstract
La crisis generada por la pandemia en materia de educación constituye un objetivo inmediato de análisis profundo en los sistemas educativos, ésta reflejo la carencia de estructuras modernas de modelos de enseñanza- aprendizaje asistidos por la tecnología y muchas de las Instituciones se vieron en la imperante necesidad de improvisar, lo cuál ha generado diversos problemas en el sistema como ausentismo, limitadas competencias tecnológicas por parte de los docentes, conectividad, cobertura, carencia de equipos tecnológicos, alta deserción escolar, desmotivación de los actores, baja calidad, etc.
