https://revistas.umecit.edu.pa/index.php/dialogus/article/view/1514

The objective of the essay is to reflect on the banality of evil in the university environment from the philosophical approach of Hannah Arendt. The methodology used is a theoretical review where relevant aspects of the banality of evil are identified in classification with educational praxis. As a finding, it was found that in the higher pedagogical act a feasible banality of evil is manifested that is based on authoritarianism, routine and bureaucracy, blind obedience, indifference and social exclusion. It is concluded that the University faces the challenge of designing a critical, liberated, autonomous, investigative, dialogic and flexible curriculum and pedagogy that guarantees the adequate socio-pedagogical exercise of education and the development of fair and equitable educational competencies, policies and practices.
Pablo Emilio Cruz Picón

https://revistas.umecit.edu.pa/index.php/dialogus/article/view/1510

This writing is the product of the analysis and reflection undertaken on how inclusion can be understood from the cognitive paradigm. Firstly, the contextual framework that accompanies inclusive social development in the world and specifically in Latin America was considered; subsequently, its applicability to the notion of inclusivity in the construction of knowledge was addressed from the theoretical foundations of Piaget and Vygotsky, as well as the interbehavioral perspective and its contribution based on the interrelation of the elements of the environment. Finally, Ainscow's proposal for the development of educational systems was analyzed. This journey has motivated an idea, which will be the guide of this document, which starts from the discussion on how globalization affects the way in which we subjects interrelate, breaking the borders of knowledge at a speed never seen before. history of humanity, generating ways of understanding the world and with it, new ways of linking ourselves with others, all of this to ask ourselves if what is being called “inclusion” is such a thing declared in documents and regulations, or does it correspond to a postmodern concept, one more, that is inscribed in the superficiality of human relationships.
Paulo César Soler GómezZahira Zárate Cabrera

https://revistas.umecit.edu.pa/index.php/dialogus/article/view/1456

The objective of this article is to reveal the connection between the philosophy of science and qualitative research, from a deep bibliographical review that starts from its history and foundations to the conceptions and contributions of current theorists. The methodological treatment was based on the hermeneutics, based on the documentary review, starting from the sources survey and the reflexive production of the author. With respect to the results, it was possible to recognize that the relationship between qualitative research and philosophy of science is complex but essential to understand the nature and purpose of research in the social sciences. Furthermore, it was revealed that, while qualitative research immerses itself in the deep understanding of social phenomena, philosophy of science provides the theoretical framework for evaluating the validity and nature of the knowledge generated. With respect to the acceptance of subjectivity and interpretation in qualitative research, it was found that it is aligned with constructivist and hermeneutic perspectives in the philosophy of science. It can be concluded that the relationship between qualitative research and philosophy of science is dynamic, marked by a complex interaction between the search for deep understanding and the need for scientific rigor. It is important to highlight as a product of this dissertation that both disciplines benefit each other, challenging and enriching the way in which research in the social sciences is conceived, executed and evaluated.
Alexaivy Del Valle Torres Lopez

https://revistas.umecit.edu.pa/index.php/dialogus/article/view/1507

The study conducted a semi-systematic review, which is a more structured research modality than a narrative review. However, the methodology adopted does not comply with all the rigorous steps of a systematic review (Zunder, 2021). Some criteria were followed such as formulation of the research question, search, document eligibility and synthesis of the results. Academic Google was searched for papers using the keyword “phenomenological-hermeneutic method”. Books, book chapters and peer-reviewed articles published in indexed academic journals were included. A document matrix was constructed in which the information gathered from various documents was organized and presented in a systematic manner. The findings derived from the review refer that the phenomenological-hermeneutic method as a qualitative tradition focuses on the exploration, description, interpretation and understanding of phenomena, facts, events in different areas of knowledge from the experiential experience of social actors, where the researcher interacts dynamically with these actors in a social-historical time. It should be noted that for its application, the researcher develops three phases or stages: preliminary, description and analysis and interpretation, in correspondence with the purpose established by the researchers.
Mineira Rosa Finol de FrancoSavier Fernando Acosta Faneite

https://revistas.umecit.edu.pa/index.php/dialogus/article/view/1460

Socioemotional skills are known as those behaviors with which feelings and attitudes are expressed when interacting with other people, on them depends the achievement of a healthy coexistence in daily life; regulating these skills becomes a complex process for some and sometimes difficult to moderate, which generates inconveniences in different spaces of sociability. The project started from the manifestations of inappropriate behaviors by some students of the first grade of the Filipinas school during classes, evidencing inappropriate behaviors in relation to the development of socioemotional competencies during school work, being visible in the pedagogical encounters and at the same time, having repercussions in the academic and coexistence processes. After the observations made by the head teacher to the group in question, a questionnaire was applied to know and assess the state of socioemotional competencies in a diagnostic way. Then, a Blog was designed as a digital resource that allowed to involve students in the acquisition of socioemotional competencies, contributing to minimize and/or change inappropriate behaviors in the classroom and achieve a healthy coexistence in the sample population of the research work.
Luz Aleida Alzate

https://revistas.umecit.edu.pa/index.php/dialogus/article/view/1455

The development of information and communication technologies has boosted the evolution of societies, a key point being the transformation of teaching-learning processes. One of these technologies is augmented reality (AR) used as didactic material, allowing the interaction of the physical environment with virtual elements. The objective was identify the level of knowledge and application of AR tools in learning spaces by CEUTEC teachers in Honduras. The approach was quantitative, exploratory-descriptive in scope and a non-experimental-transversal design. A digital survey was applied to 126 CEUTEC teachers in the cities of Tegucigalpa, San Pedro Sula and La Ceiba. Forty-four percent of the teachers in the sample did not receive courses for technology management in teaching in the last year, 56% have little or no knowledge about AR and only 1% have used AR in their classes. The greatest perceived benefit of using AR is to increase student attention; the greatest limitation identified was connectivity and lack of specialized equipment. Teachers have little knowledge of AR, so they have not applied it in their learning spaces. It is necessary for the university to provide specialized spaces and training to teachers and for them to be committed to applying it.
Gissel Alejandra Padilla SánchezIsis Suazo A.Ana C. Romero

https://revistas.umecit.edu.pa/index.php/dialogus/article/view/1487

This document reviews the importance of human resource management by linking it to physical education and highlights the critical importance of designing detailed and complete job profiles. Human resources are essential to align an organization's workforce with its objectives, especially in an environment related to training and sports where attracting the right talent directly impacts the development of the users who use the services. Therefore, it makes an understanding of what job profiles, job specifications and job descriptions entail, and highlights their importance in ensuring that candidates for the job are suitable. It also addresses some important aspects to reduce deficiencies in current job descriptions and specifications in training and sport, which often lack the necessary details, leading to recruitment and performance problems. At the same time, it provides a tool on how to teach Physical Education and related students to design effective job profiles and highlights the value of clarity and precision in these documents, as well as the importance of eliminating discrimination in job profiles and ensure it is inclusive and fair, thereby promoting diversity and equality, as well as better overall outcomes for employees and organizations.
Steve Alí Monge Poltronieri

https://revistas.umecit.edu.pa/index.php/dialogus/article/view/1396

This article reflects the findings of a research process that sought to identify the characteristics that a teaching model should have to enhance the development of Mathematical Thinking through the elements provided by problem solving and thus strengthen the teaching and learning processes of mathematics. taking into account the perspectives of rural primary school teachers and students. Thus, this study was developed under the method of holistic understanding from projective research using documentary review techniques and the survey divided into a Mathematical Thinking scale for students and a questionnaire for teachers. The results obtained demonstrated that the expertise mastered by the teacher is not facilitating student learning, since the strategies and didactics applied in the classroom and outside of it do not provide students with the necessary skills to transcend from rote knowledge to that is applicable to its context and can be spread outside the classroom. Consequently, the Modipema teaching model was designed to strengthen the teaching strategies applied by teachers and help rural students learn to learn.
Jorge Eduardo Salazar VargasJuddy Amparo Valderrama Moreno
