Abstract
Colombian educative system is in a moment where we can do important changes. For this it is necessary to think about our present situation, how the Colombian system is compared to the best and recognized systems in education around the world and finally, the main aspects that we need to improve for doing the significant advance in education in the way to the excellence in education.
