Abstract
La Universidad Metropolitana de Educación, Ciencia y Tecnología (UMECIT) continúa realizando esfuerzos permanentes para aportar a la cultura de investigación en Panamá y en la región. Nuestro modelo educativo curricular se enfoca en el desarrollo de un pensamiento investigativo en nuestros estudiantes y eso sin duda alguna, permite que dentro del perfil de egreso, podamos brindar al mundo profesionales críticos y conscientes de los aportes necesarios que se requieren desde la investigación para la solución de los problemas del contexto y la mejora de la calidad de vida del hombre y de las sociedades en general.
Las revistas científicas son una ventana para divulgar los esfuerzos intelectuales propios y de la comunidad académica externa. Nos sentimos muy felices de presentar la quinta edición de la revista DIALOGUS, publicación del área de educación y humanidades, que está disponible en formato digital.
