Personería jurídica de las asociaciones sin fines de lucro y sus órganos regionales

Abstract

Associations are the product of the meeting of a group of people, who by this factual conjunction seek to achieve or optimize certain common or similar between them, a distance or lack of animus lucrandi objectives. Whereas the objectives of partnerships are the sum of ideas on a specific point of the elements of a given society, it is understandable that these objectives are dynamically fade, and not get stuck exclusively in a tiny circle of people, but go capturing increasingly popular in different parts of a region or a country. This extension although originally encompassed could not be focused, results in that the scope of the statutes of the association, is also extended, not right, but if dissimilar to the original interpretations. The most notable result of regional extension, is the administrative, operational or merely nominal rate within the cluster model in question in this trial is that those leading the regional activity, intending to establish themselves independently or with some degree of independence its functions without taking into account that all actions undertaken in the exercise of office that holds, produce their burden of responsibilities, which can benefit the association, but many others do not. Which puts at risk the assets of the association as a legal entity.
