Abstract

Across the years the rate of school desertion of primary and secondary in Panama one has come enduring ofa way, apparently, contradictory and random, in spite ofthe efforts ofthe official programs that try to eradicate the scourge. This behavior, nevertheless, can be made clear by the theory of the archetypal forms, (Senge, 1998), that in an underlying way they appear and control the conduct of the companies and organizations, especially in the moments of crisis. To know them and to make them conscious will allow these the adoption of corrective policies, as well as the obtaining of permanent and coherent results.
