Abstract

The aim of the research was to determine the elements that influence the identity construction of the members of the community council Morochas Ill. The variable was based with contributions from
Bartholomew (2003), Revilla (2003), Habermas (2009), Florescano (2002), among others.
Methodologically, research was descriptive non-experimental, transectional design field. The population was 15 subjects members of the community council. A questionnaire report containing 33 items and 4 response alternatives designed. It concludes: communal council policies are the constituent elements of the current identity construction in the members themselves, policies based on the radicalization of individuality and prevent recognition in others. These organizational policies generate a profile of identity of the person characterized by individuality, indifference, feeling dominated and excluded. It is recommended: constantly Foster communication and participation of members of the community council in new reflective III models with the intention of promoting an enduring identity construction in time.
