Abstract
Investigative skills are the basis of both the generation of new knowledge and the acquisition of critical and analytical reasoning of reality, therefore it is important to start its development and promotion in the first levels of the individual's education. This proposal aims to develop these investigative skills and abilities in students of the academic average, through a didactic proposal based on the STEM approach (science, technology, engineering and mathematics). This article begins with a contextualization and analysis of the problem, then its theoretical and conceptual basis that support the study is exposed, finally some methodological and epistemological aspects that support its design are explained.
