Abstract

Along the history, the golden ratio has become in one of the most studied numerical constants. Their context, although only in the mathematical area has aroused the curiosity and interest in other areas of knowledge like biology, music, architecture, economics, etc.Therefore, knowing their origins and impact on science, art and morality will let us awake into a much wider world, beyond the naive limits of our everyday world that we usually know.
