Abstract

Brands play an important role in trade, markets evolve to produce changes in the consumption of goods and services. The big and some less recognized and positioned brands are increasingly globalized. This work was done in order to know the importance and impact they have on global trade and how brand positioning influences the consumer’s purchasing decision of branded products around the world.
