Abstract
Corporate social responsibility is a commitment of companies with collaborators to improve the social, economic and environmental development of a country or community, the general objective of this research is to analyze this topic in more depth, in order to find ways to implement corporate social responsibility in more companies in Panama, a quantitative approach was used and a non-experimental, documentary design with a descriptive level was used, aimed at all companies in Panama with interest in the topic of social responsibility, using as an instrument the review of documents in investigations already carried out. In this way, it was possible to achieve the objective, which was to analyze the data and the ranking of companies to better inform ourselves about the subject and in this way conclude with the importance of corporate social responsibility in Panama and the endless benefits it brings to a society. In the end, all this lies in the positive impact that these practices generate in the different areas with which a company has a relationship, while at the same time contributing to the competitiveness and sustainability of the company.
