Estrés y su impacto en la salud mental en padres con niños que presentan Trastorno por Déficit de Atención e Hiperactividad

Abstract

This article was based it on evaluating and describing the levels of stress that parents whose children have attention deficit disorder might experience unlike parents of children without attention deficit disorder and how this can affect their mental health. The information was made quantitatively, which allowed us to analyze the numerical data obtained, resulting in a notable difference in the level of stress between the two groups.  Concluding that poor stress management in parents can generate feelings of guilt, anxiety, and depression affecting their well-being.
