Abstract
This Article was developed based on leadership in times of crisis, its applicability and importance in personal and business life. The processes, methods and theories that must be taken into account when performing as a Leader were investigated. The support of web pages and textbooks was used to write and in the same way expand our knowledge. Emphasis was placed on the theme of theories, in which the theory of contingency or crisis was highlighted, a theory that turned out to be the fundamental basis of the investigation. It ended with the keys to empower, motivate and generate a positive impact on both leaders and society, helping to maintain a clear vision and focus in difficult times.
