Abstract

Crime as behavior is part of non-adaptation and as it arises, a challenge is given to society and its rules of coexistence. Crime is produced by an asocial human behavior and ultimately a breakdown of the intra-family and interpersonal relationships of the individual. There is talk of crime that person who violates the laws and imposed by rulers. It also refers to the fact that is committed, whether it is one or more crimes and that in turn fail to comply with the regulations already defined within the laws. The judicial bodies are in charge of determining the type of crime that was committed, dictating the penalty and the latter will depend on the damage caused to the person, to whom the offense was committed. The psychological theoretical contributions, with respect to the periods of human development, allow us to recognize that there are individual differences and that the parameters established for each of them are related to factors that influence the life of the human being. Therefore, it will be necessary to locate each case and adapt it to the particular conditions of the context and the moment.
