Abstract

The right to health, because of its inherent character to the existence of every human being, is protected in our legal system. This pursues social justice, for the sake of real and effective equality. Opening the opportunity to the accessibility to are in circumstances of manifest weakness. Primarily, this right seeks the assurance of the fundamental right by nature: life. Requiring a priority and preferential treatment by the government and the legislator, in order to effectively protect it.
