Abstract
With the accusatory criminal system, it is intended to complete the framework of a new system of judicialization based on the recognition of the most basic and fundamental right, which the parties have in a process, that is the recognition of human rights, and the rest of the lnstitutions that try to counteract the excesses of the system that for years dominated the judicial scene. Children and adolescents who commit crimes can not be treated as an adult, and at the very least at the advanced stage of judicial recognition of fundamental guarantees, to avoid serious violations of their rights and guarantees, reaffirming the importance of seeking protection mechanisms for This population under an integral dimension. The entry into force at national level, of the accusatory criminal system, activates the institutional channels, formed by the Judicial Branch and the Public Prosecutor's Office, to encourage the study, analysis, communication and training of justice collaborators, but above all, empowers The society of their rights, inviting it to be participative, active and non-passive.
