Abstract
Artificial intelligence (AI) has had a significant impact on the programming industry and due to its boom is expected to continue to have an even greater impact in the coming years, it can even help programmers to be more efficient and productive in automating repetitive tasks to generate code. The methodology used was based on a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental, transectional-descriptive design, since the study variable was analyzed without manipulation of data being these observed from their nature, which allowed to know the development of technology with AI applied to the advancement of in different fields of knowledge, The source of information was documentary, information was extracted from different electronic sources, as well as books and other written documents that allowed to know the object of study, as a result it was obtained that programmers must keep updated to ensure a solid future, since everything will be digitized, not only the common services, but also the professionals and in any case it is the programmer who would be in charge of introducing the data transformed into codes to the AI equipment.
