Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze, in an informative manner, the role, performance, values, and significance of the preschool educator’s profile, using an investigative methodology. The teaching profile encompasses a set of essential qualities, characteristics, skills, and abilities that enable educators to perform their duties efficiently and effectively. This profile not only aims to ensure the achievement of educational objectives but also to holistically shape students and guide their learning within an appropriate pedagogical context. Thus, the educator becomes the backbone of the educational process in the preschool stage.
