Abstract
The present investigation was carried out as part of the academic activities in the subject Exercise Physiology and Histology of the Metropolitan University of Education, Sciences and Technologies of the founding headquarters, Panama. The main objective of this article is to evaluate the physical performance and physiological responses of 10 beach volleyball players from the mixed category Beach Volley SMA academy, based on their empirical and practical knowledge. In this study, the players were tested. of level: advanced, intermediate and beginners to which 10 different types of Tests and Tests were carried out to be able to see their level of performance at the time of a training; The tests applied were: coordination, strength, speed, flexibility and resistance. The tests carried out will help us create a plan for players to improve their techniques, avoid injuries and eat a healthy diet. And thus, achieve that each one can have a good management of technical resources and have a high physical efficiency.
