Abstract

Over time, football has evolved significantly thanks to scientific advances such as the physiology of sport, which helps us understand the behavior of our body in the face of an effort or physical activity. The objective of this research is to establish sports performance and physiological responses in the Avanzada Juvenil FC soccer team to be able to understand the physical conditions of a player depending on his position and his role to perform, through tests carried out on the players. The physical tests were selected to know the physiological responses of soccer players, then it was applied to 14 players of the Advanced Youth FC team of adult male category, where balance, coordination, agility, speed, maximum effort capacity, changes of direction, aerobic and anaerobic capacity were evaluated through tests and tests such as: the Coordination and Balance Test, the Ilinois agility test, the 10x5 test (speed test), the Kilometer Test and the Ruffir-Dickson Test. It is important to remember that physiological responses in football indicate both moderate and high intensities, high and intervald anaerobic responses, and the reduction in muscle glycogen reserves, that is, that gambling-related activities impose particular physiological stress on each player individually.
