Abstract
The purpose of this article is to express our views and present our own ideas about what we think about management control in occupational health and safety management organizations. The methodology we used was the mixed methodology. As the most relevant findings, we can see that management control is a fundamental tool for decision-making in occupational health and safety organizations. It allows you to obtain relevant and timely information about the organization’s performance, identify opportunities for improvement and establish clear and achievable objectives.
