Abstract
This research article describes the perception of Panamanians in relation to the criminal profiles of delinquents based among them, some common traits (action, history, attitudes, structure of their reasoning, previous behavior, thinking). It is specific research, which seeks to study the qualities of Panamanian criminals and to know in an investigative way why and their motives, in order for the information provided to be taken seriously by Panamanian citizens. On the other hand, as the years go by, as society develops, delinquency also increases and diversifies. During adolescence, personality begins to form, as well as character. All this will depend on their needs and the opportunities presented to them in their families and in society.The psychological theoretical contributions, with respect to the periods of human development, allow us to recognize that there are individual differences and that the parameters established for each of them are related to factors that influence the life of the human being. Therefore, it will be necessary to locate each case and adapt it to the particular conditions of the context and the moment.
