Abstract
The purpose of this article is to present the panorama of the fuel problem in Panama and the effects caused by the war between Russia and Ukraine; war that includes possible American and European sanctions to Russian exports in: energy, gas, cereals, etc., due to the fact that Russia and Ukraine provide a third of the world exports of cereals, this may cause an increase in the prices of energy, grains and fertilizers at world level, so inflation will increase, which is worrying for the current economy. This work is a documentary review type under a narrative design whose objective is to describe stories about facts and events in a certain time in this case about the European conflict, within its findings it can be mentioned that the war threatens the supply of essential goods, including gasoline, so its increase is imminent and actions must be taken in this regard.
