Derechos de las personas en tiempo de pandemia por Covid-19 en Panamá

Abstract

This research was carried out even at a time when the Covid-19 pandemic situation manifests itself, trying to collect legal information for the knowledge and education of how the country has proceeded since the start of the pandemic in terms of law and legislation. It was investigated more than anything in different web pages for the news of the subject, also documents of magazines on the web and the Official Gazette. This makes it very clear to us that people’s rights are not displaced in times of crisis, they must be respected and maintained because they are inalienable, indivisible, and interdependent.
