Abstract
The objective has this investigation to known importance of point of criminal law publish legal principle and its importance arhievment to anlize of penal law only sources of law in the poibt of criminal law in the point of criminal be abble to stableshid criminal offences and apply a penalty for example no one may be prosecutes or punished for an act not expresly described as a crime. We were able to search for information in the virtual library. Web sites obtain information of results that penal law must have been nescessity all society trough criminal code.
