La Constitución Política de la República de Panamá: Reformas o no

Abstract

This article exposes on the reforms of the Political Constitution of the Republic of Panama, proposed in 2019, where changes and modifications to the single text of our Magna Carta were proposed. The initiative was approved by the National Concertation for Development, and proposed to the Assembly by the Executive Body, with preliminary reports of citizen consultation before the National Asamblea ,starting with debates and discussions on October 28, 2019. The sources acquired for the development of this document were obtained from expert interviews, website, news and virtual library. Taking us to know about the nonconformity of civil society, before the document approved in the first debate by a Constitutional Act.
