Abstract
Decision making is the process by which a choice is made between options or ways to solve different situations in life in different contexts: at work, family, personal, sentimental or business level. We realize that, in order to make a good decision, we take into account our knowledge to make a decision without risk and without affecting others. (Using quantitative methodologies provided by management). We must have general and specific objectives about the decision that we are going to take, the steps to not have risk in the future about the decision that we take. The elements that make up the decision-making process. The end we always plan our decision programmed and not programmed. And assume the risks.
