Abstract

Es un placer presentar ante la comunidad educativa un nuevo fascículo de nuestra revista Cathedra, una publicación de la universidad Metropolitana de Educación, Ciencia y Tecnología (UMECIT) que por varios años ha mantenido regularidad en sus ediciones, logrando estar en índices como Latindex y recientemente en Panindex. En este número, abordamos un tema de creciente relevancia: la incidencia de la inteligencia artificial (IA) en el derecho.
