Abstract
La educación es una realidad que tiene lugar en todo ser humano y que puede darse sobre la base de los conocimientos que imparte el maestro o quien proporciona el medio físico- social. Educar también es asistir al desarrollo de lo que ya está en el sujeto, facilitando o fomentando las cualidades que están en potencia.
La educación es un problema que incluye innumerables aspectos e interpretaciones que afectan tanto al destino del hombre como a la sociedad y que no pueden realizarse sin la colaboración del propio sujeto. Es pues en su esencia una transformación y como hombre tiene sed de perfección, encuentra los recursos en ella.
La acción educadora: es un acto por el cual se realiza la educación, puede ser sistemática o asistemática. O sea regulada por un plan previamente establecido o de acuerdo a oportunidades o circunstancias.
La instrumentación de un proceso de cambio no implica desechar lo que se está haciendo, sino revisarlo para recuperar lo que se considera valioso y asignarle nuevo significado, en función de un modelo pedagógico didáctico, que haga más viable la calidad y la equidad educativa, `no todo lo viejo es malo'. Se trata de reflexionar sobre la historia para ver qué se quiere hacer y qué se quiere cambiar.La construcción de un nuevo sistema educativo, requiere nuevos contenidos, nueva metodología, nuevas instituciones que garanticen nuevas formas de trabajo, enseñanza y aprendizaje. Solo una escuela abierta y con cambios radicales, que interactúe con un alumno activo y con su contexto familiar, permitirá el acercamiento y protagonismo del grupo familiar al que pertenece, logrando el cambio deseado por esta transformación educativa.
