Abstract
La Revista CATHEDRA, revista de Derecho y Ciencias Forenses, es una publicación en formato impreso y digital, de periodicidad semestral, en la cual se divulgan artículos de investigación, ensayos o artículos teóricos relacionados con el Derecho y las Ciencias Forenses. Su Comité Editorial exige la originalidad de cada artículo sometido a consideración para su publicación.
Los trabajos presentados provienen del esfuerzo constante de la comunidad de investigadores, alumnos y docentes que integran la Universidad Metropolitana de Educación, Ciencia y Tecnología (UMECIT) y también de aquellos estudiosos del Derecho y de las Ciencias Forenses de otras instituciones nacionales e internacionales, interesados en exponer los resultados de sus investigaciones o sus reflexiones sobre temáticas del área, con la rigurosidad científica que exige una publicación arbitrada y cuyos trabajos encuadren en las políticas y normas editoriales de la revista y en correspondencia con las normativas de bioética institucional.
