Abstract
Dentro del proceso penal, la pericia se practica desde la averiguación previa, ya que de ella se vale el Ministerio Publico para determinada la existencia del cuerpo del delito y la presunta responsabilidad del inculpado. Esto ocurre cuando determinados hechos o circunstancias no pueden apreciarse de forma debida si no es a través de la intervención de algún perito en la materia sobre el cual versen dudas de carácter técnico.
