Abstract
Panamá, no está libre del peligro y consecuencias de los delitos sexuales. En los últimos años, nos llama la atención un aumento de victimas varones. Es importante combatir este flagelo que, similar a un iceberg solo vemos la punta; pero representa un total y absoluto peligro individual y social.
El presente trabajo representa un resumen de las normas y procedimientos utilizados al momento de
evaluar una víctima de tal conducta, tomando en cuenta lo establecido por el Protocolo de Entrevista Forense, del Estado de Michigan y el Protocolo para la Evaluación Psicológica Pericial de Delitos Sexuales contra Niños, Niñas y Adolescentes de la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, con la finalidad de unificar criterios validados al momento de realizar 1a pericia.
