Abstract

The principles of law are those statements that lawyers, manage to identify as necessary, to give content to the law in general, or to each of its branches. Originally, doctrine and jurisprudential work were in charge of identifying and describing the axiology of each of these principles, that is to say, that they were not present in formal sources of law, but with the evolution of this, it has become the branch in question is inevitable.
