Abstract

The present article is an attention call over an old edification practice. We need to find and implement legal procedures to protect the economic interest of whom had invested in building projects that never get built. The apparently bankrupt of new construction companies, and the strong difficulty finding assets for seizure or legal kidnaping, from the old stablished properties companies with connections with the ones in bankrupt, should represent a red alert light to those involved in this activity, especially if it is a buyer.
