Abstract
This document seeks to establish a critical judgment of what exists in reference to the Regulation of Sanitary Registration of Medicines, initially giving it an approach from the point of view of the Right to Health, within the aspect of the availability of medicines, addressing the concept and definition of Sanitary Registry, the legal scope and the procedures of petition, Renewal and Modification; as well as regarding Management and action, which is lacking in the admiration of the Medicines Health Authority.
