Abstract
TheAccusatory Penal System has brought into our positive legal system a series of tools and mechanisms that once were unthinkable in our national Criminal Law. Agreements really are tools that not only seek to fulfill the principle of procedural economy, but they also are mechanisms to determine the liability of the accused parties and, especially, the certainty of the material truth through the recognition of illegal actions committed bythem.
