Abstract
Provisional registrations related to assets and acts subject to registration have their origin in judicial processes. The purpose of these processes is the recognition and exercise of a right over the aforementioned assets. The documents or judicial orders that constitute the subject of registration in general are: the demand, seizure, foreclosure and unnamed or atypical measures, as well as the orders issued by the Court of Accounts.
