Abstract

The shengthening of the organizations of any nature is supported in models and innovative trends. The leadership biopsicopartnerspiritualecho arises to stimulate a new professional, in this one moment will treat itself on that professional that it has decided to exercise negotiations in the field of the right, where the processes will be visualized from the way in which the leader manages his life, that is to say towards yes same, with the others and towards the intonation in the one that develops. For it, there appeared the general aim To analyze the leadershipbiopsicopartnerspiritualecho of the professional of the right as manager of a climate organizacional satisfactorily in institutions of disciplinary rate. The investigation undera qualitative paradigm, it has followed a methodology of documentary hermeneutic type with theoretical modals as Hernández and Grove (201 3), ls afraid of (2010), Mujica (2009), Dark man, Towers (2008), Maxwell (2007), Goleman, Boyatzis and McKee, (2004). The obtained evidences emphasize the importance of adopting the leadership biopsicopart nerspiritualecho as type of management that rests and aliviane the climate organizacional in the institutions of disciplinary regime, set these that tend to be closed and calculators as they it expressed the informants who served to the investigation up to concluding thatwith a professional of the leading right biopsicopartnerspiritualecho, flow more the actions than develop in favor of goals of work and a more productive human talent from his condition of harmony and major comfort.
