Abstract

The purpose of this research was to evaluate and observe how the physical health and aptitudes of a defensive athlete of “Flag Football” at the Emilio Royo Stadium are. Different types of tests were applied to players with different abilities to observe how they perform in visual agility, speed in the 40 yards, removing “flags” and resistance. It was obtained as a result that the physical performance of the players can improve within the daily training sessions but based on their deficiencies. It was concluded that the practice must be refocused to work beyond the athletic area, the strategic area and decision-making so that they have optimal preparation to perform at an optimal level.
